Ingredients:

  • 300g white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or haddock)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Optional Toppings:

  • Greek yogurt / sour cream or fresh guac
  • Extra lime juice
  • Jalapeño slices
  • Salsa

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fish:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the Fiery Sriracha seasoning, Electric Lime seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Rub the fish fillets with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
